Highlights 2007 (huh?) and Soon to be Lowlights (2008)
If you live in Murderland you'll get where I'm coming from...
MOM...former Mayor of Bawlmer, Murderland, now Guv of Taxland has reneged on campaign promises and told some "tall tales"....
1. Slots are bad (as Mayor). As soon as he got in office (as Guv) ummmm slots became the now subject...
2. I will fight for the common man! I will be their champion against big business!
Now tah is a screamer. Gas & Electric is off the hook!...new gas taxes!...sales tax increase...property taxes were upped...HEY MOM - have ya noticed all the trailers hauling out of Murderland? Folks are getting outta Taxland. Wait a sec - the illegals numbers are going up - that's right you wanna give illegals a driver's license!!!!!
3. Let's rationalize where I left off in #2....ummm ya can't! If you're illegal - you are not gonna have car insurance...properly titled vehicle...a stable residence to send the process server to if you should try to collect from an accident...
4. why do you think most counties are going into lockdown as far as hiring?...first 2 guesses don't count! REVENUE!!! if ya tax folks too far they don't spend - ergo - business suffers - business closes - people don't work - crime goes up
